It is not intended to be a comprehensive examination and will not include X-rays, models, cleaning or any other diagnostic information to fully evaluate your needs that might be deemed necessary by Dr. Scott .

An overall visual assessment will be made at this appointment and basic recommendations will be made as to how you can proceed to plan and treat your overall problems.  A "ballpark" estimate will be given to you with this limited information concerning the time and expense involved in your treatment.
