Q: What are your hours of operation?

A. Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9am- 5pm.  Because our office is sincerely dedicated to the continuing education necessary to provide you with the most modern quality care possible, the doctor may be away from the office from time to time to attend or teach classes and seminars.  During these occasional absences, arrangements are made to take care of your emergencies.

Q. Do I need to make an appointment?
A. We see all patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance to reserve an appointment time.  We make every effort to honor these time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.  On occasion, delays due to emergencies are unavoidable.  You will be fully informed of such delays whenever possible.  

If you are not able to keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance so that we may schedule someone else in your appointment time.

Q. What do I do if I have an emergency?
A. On occasion, a problem will arise that demands immediate attention.  We try to always be available.  Although it may be impossible to solve the problem entirely during such visits, we will make every effort to provide relief for your discomfort immediately.

Q. When is payment due?
A. In an effort to keep the cost of your dental care as low as possible, payment is required at the time of service.  We do accept dental insurance, VISA and MasterCard, American Express and also offer several extended payment plans with approved credit. (Other arrangements can be made with our bookkeeper, depending upon the circumstances.)

     

  

Q. What do I need to know about insurance?
A. We will make every attempt to help you obtain reimbursement from your insurance carrier, however, ultimate responsibility for any portion of payment not covered is yours.  Dental insurance companies continually attempt to find reasons to deny or reduce payment of covered procedures.  Our staff has been trained to help you attain maximum benefits from your insurance carrier.

In order to offer you uncompromised care, we have chosen not to participate in any managed care plans, such as PPOs and HMOs.  Our commitment is to you, our patient—not to any insurance company.  We will  be happy to help you file any of your claims.

Q. I have always received the finest dental care at your office.  Is it okay for me to refer someone to your office?
A. Our practice has grown because of you!  We sincerely appreciate your referrals and assure you that we will provide them with the quality care which all our patients deserve.
